MFInsight Pro is operated by Friends Financial Inc. (FFI), an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. These terms govern your use of the platform and all tools, data, and content available on it.

All information, analysis, tools, and data provided on MFInsight Pro are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

MFInsight Pro is provided as a free analytical platform. You are permitted to:

• Use all tools on the platform for personal research and analysis
• Share links to MFInsight Pro with other investors and advisors
• Use insights from the platform to inform your own investment decisions
• Use the platform as a professional reference tool if you are a financial advisor

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content, data, or tool from MFInsight Pro on another platform without written permission from FFI
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform in bulk
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian or international law
• Misrepresent data from MFInsight Pro or present it out of context in a way that may mislead other investors
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or harm any individual or organisation

MFInsight Pro sources mutual fund NAV data from AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) and index data from NSE India. While we endeavour to keep data accurate and up to date, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data on the platform.

Live NAV estimates provided by the NAV Estimator tool are estimates only and may differ from official end-of-day NAVs declared by AMCs. Do not rely on estimated NAVs for transaction execution.

All tools, code, design, content, and analytical frameworks on MFInsight Pro are the intellectual property of Friends Financial Inc. unless otherwise stated. The MFInsight Pro name, logo, and branding are owned by FFI.

Underlying mutual fund data is sourced from AMFI and NSE India and remains their respective property. MFInsight Pro presents this data in processed and analytical form for user convenience.

MFInsight Pro is currently provided free of charge. The platform may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or other advertising networks to support its operational costs. By using the platform, you consent to the display of such advertisements.

We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription tiers in the future. Any such changes will be communicated clearly and existing free features will not be removed without reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Friends Financial Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on MFInsight Pro, including but not limited to:

• Investment losses based on data or tools from the platform
• Errors or inaccuracies in data, calculations, or estimates
• Interruptions or unavailability of the platform
• Any decisions made based on the platform's analysis

Your use of MFInsight Pro is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of MFInsight Pro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions. Continued use of MFInsight Pro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
